OpPeSQuE25: A Gathering of Quantum Minds
Opportunistic Pre-Summit Quantum Event

The Eddleman Quantum Institute (EQI) recently supported OpPeSQuE25, an intensive mini-workshop held at UC Irvine that brought together leading researchers in quantum condensed matter physics. This pre-summit event took place just before the American Physical Society’s combined March and April Meetings in nearby Anaheim, providing an ideal opportunity for deep scientific exchange.

📊 Event Success: More than 30 local researchers attended this highly successful meeting, which concluded with a collaborative dinner and a next-day hike, fostering both scientific collaboration and community building.
